| 职位描述及要求 | |
主要职责 -1.Potential supplier visit/audit， review the supplier’s physical quality and quality system， address whether it is robust for Fisher’s requirements. Supplier basic information/Visit Report 评估潜在供应商，评价供应商的管理能力和品质管理系统，评估其是否满足费希尔的要求。提供供应商基本信息/调查报告。 -2.Attend design review on the bidding supplier， to confirm the critical dimensions， performance， and material specification， to confirm the method of measurement， to release PPAP requirement to supplier 参与投标供应商的设计评估，明确关键尺寸、检验要求、原材料规范和测量的方法，向其提供PPAP要求 3.PPAP documents， FA & Pilot run follow up. PPAP 文件记录， FA和试制产品生产跟踪 4.Launch production supplier quality performance follow up， address monthly report to supplier， including PPM， CAR following up. 持续更新供应商质量表现，每月向其提供相应报告，包括PPM，CAR等 5.Release CAR to supplier and following when quality issues occur on line or incoming inspection; 当出现质量问题需检测时，向供应商提供CAR 6 Supplier audit and continues improvement审核供应商并持续改进 要求: -机械、冶金、生产工程学士 -具备优秀的沟通和项目管理技能 -熟练掌握英语（写作/口语）及电脑应用 有意者请通过本网站求职系统应聘或者将简历、联系方法、待遇要求通过E-mail用纯文本文件(txt)格式(请勿使用附件)，以邮件主题“xxx应聘xx职位”发至astec.andehr@emerson.com。 |
